I began my career at the Macomb County Library in September of 1997 and remained there through the completion of my high school and undergraduate degree. Beginning in June of 2003, I held various clerical positions in the Human Resources and Labor Relations department, providing support to the office. I was promoted to Human Resources Technician in October of 2007, providing recruitment services and conducting human resources orientation. In July of 2011, I became a Service Partner and I provided guidance on a variety of human resources related matters for the Office of the County Executive as well as the 16th Circuit Court, Probate Court and 42nd District Courts. As of September of 2017, I was promoted and currently hold the position of Service Director. My role is to partner with Macomb County’s department leaders, and a full service delivery team, to develop strategic solutions to best serve our citizens and to make Macomb County an employer of choice.
