I began my career at Macomb County in January 2003, in the Human Resources and Labor Relations Department as a senior secretary, providing administrative support to the department and its leadership. In July 2011, I assumed the role of team coordinator and my duties expanded to include labor relations support as well as compliance and reporting functions. In March 2015, I was promoted to operations administrator where I provide leadership in HRIS data management and reporting, compliance and record retention while leading a team of employees who perform position control and salary administration. Before coming to Macomb County, I worked in the Construction Management industry. As a lifelong resident of Macomb County, I was excited to work in and serve the residents of my community.
