Tuberculosis (TB) Testing Only

• Effective 1/1/2018, TB testing fee is $20.00. 
• Payment by cash, check or credit card. An enhanced access fee is applied for credit card usage, based on the amount of service being charged.
• We cannot accept Health Savings Account (HSA) or debit card only transactions.  
• Medicaid and some commercial insurance may be billed for TB testing. Check with ​Immunization ​
  
  registration to confirm if your insurance can be billed for TB testing.
• The client must return to the clinic 48-72 hours after the skin test is placed in order to have the result read.
• The client may be required to return to a different MCHD health center location for a test reading.
• A parent or guardian must be available to sign clinic health forms for clients under 18 years of age.
