Friend of the Court is now accepting parenting time complaint forms from our website to our office via e-mail. The form has recently been updated so that it is now fillable on your computer. The free Adobe Reader application is needed to fill in the form.
Please note that the Parent Time Complaint Form, accessed in a link below, must be downloaded onto your computer before it can be filled out. Open the form with Adobe Reader. The Case Number field is required. If you do not know your case number, you will need to look it up on the Macomb County Circuit Court case lookup site at courtpa.macombgov.org/eservices/home.page.2.
Please provide as much information as possible to help us serve you better. Save the completed Parenting Time Complaint form, as a file, to your computer. Send the completed Parenting Time Complaint form file as an attachment to an email to Friend of the Court at friendofthecourt@macombgov.org.
Once we receive this complaint, the other parent may be provided with a copy.
