The Specialty Court Services Department oversees the treatment courts, including the Adult Drug Court, DWI/Sobriety Treatment Court, Mental Health Court and the Veterans’ Treatment Court. The department is also responsible for managing the Swift and Sure Sanctions Probation Program and the Specialized Business Court Docket.

Adult Drug Court
The Macomb County Drug Court began in 2003 and continues today with one judge and approximately 50 participants. We are very fortunate to be supported by a state drug court grant and a contribution by the county.
