MOUNT CLEMENS, Mich. – The Macomb County Department of Roads (MCDR) is preparing for reconstruction, rehabilitation, and infrastructure improvements scheduled for 2023 by sending projects for funding consideration to the Macomb County Board of Commissioners for formal approval at the full board meeting on April 20.
“The Department of Roads takes a strategic approach to managing Macomb County’s roads and bridges, working closely with local communities to identify and invest in critical infrastructure needs,” said Macomb County Executive Mark A. Hackel. “Macomb County builds some of the safest and most efficient roads in Michigan, there isn’t a road or bridge we can’t fix if we have adequate funding and support from our local lawmakers.”
