Department of Roads announces road closures for the 2024 Selfridge Open House and Air Show
The Macomb County Department of Roads (MCDR) continues its long-standing relationship coordinating off-site road closures and maintaining traffic for the 2024 Selfridge Open House and Air Show, taking place June 7 (passes required), June 8, and June 9. Due to the large crowds anticipated to attend the event, the following road closures will be utilized to manage traffic entering and exiting Selfridge Air National Guard Base:
- Eastbound M-59/Rosso Highway: East of I-94 will be closed Saturday and Sunday between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- I-94: Eastbound exit 240B to eastbound M-59/Rosso Highway will be closed Saturday and Sunday between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- I-94: Eastbound exit 237 to North River Road will be closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.
- I-94: Westbound exit 237 to North River Road will be closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
- Jefferson Avenue: Southbound south of 21 Mile Road will be closed Saturday and Sunday between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
